How do I return an item purchased on Astitva?


Since each and every piece of the product made by our artisans is checked at various levels and after ensuring that the products are absolutely perfect ; thereafter only we ship them hence we do not have the policy of return .


In case you have got wrong product in that case only we initiate the process of replacement.

For that you can raise a return of a product within 24 hours of receiving the order.


Step 1: Contact our Customer Support team via email ( ) within 24 hours of receiving the order.


Step 2: Provide us with your order ID details and your request to return. Kindly email an image of the product which you have received and also the image of the product you had ordered  for our reference.
